Refund Policy
Digital items
Digital items such as ebooks or audiobooks are not eligible for a refund. Because digital items are instantly delivered to you, and there is no way for you to return the item, it is not possible to offer refunds for ebooks.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at liz@lizdelton.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at liz@lizdelton.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. For Print on Demand items such as t-shirts, if you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at liz@lizdelton.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Eligible Returns
Digital items are not eligible for return. Books which have been personalized are not eligible for return. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
For physical goods, we offer refunds if your item is defective, faulty, or the wrong item was sent. Email liz@lizdelton.com to begin your inquiry; use the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and pictures of the faulty item. We will replace the item or offer you a refund upon inspection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
